"The scenery is stunning, but the location is quite remote from the town. The hotel provides a shuttle to the nearest bus station, but buses leave every 20 minutes and are often late. The bus fare is also very expensive compared to Tokyo or Osaka. The hotel staff couldn’t understand my accent, and I struggled to understand theirs, leading to poor communication. The carpet smelled like damp raffia and made me feel nauseous. Breakfast was a typical Japanese meal, probably dried fish, rice, and tea....
"Overall, the stay was pleasant. The onsen was very clean, the room was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful! We tried the dinner buffet, the environment and service was great, the food was OK but not impressive for the price. We really enjoyed our stay."
