The people that stood out for service was (in chronological order) Johnnie from the Valet, Nini from the front desk, Carl from the Terrace Grille bar and Anginette from Customer Care, due to a billing issue. The rooms were nice and clean,as was the hotel itself. It's a very walkable area too. If there was any negative, the area is downtown and can be a little noisy....
