Breakfast were ok. Just basic stuff. Friday morning, some of the food were out. Staff added few foods. Room was clean. One side of king size bed was not firm.

Long hair in the shower and multiple boogers. Breakfast did not look appetizing, so we went out for breakfast.

Hyatt House Richmond / Short Pump
Hotel was undergoing renovations and had a leak in the ceiling of the lobby. Staff was really nice though and the room was clean.
