Loved the location as it is within walking distance of all that goes going on of Shinjuku. There is a waft of cedar as soon as you walk into the hotel. If you are sensitive then this may not be the place for you."

"Our eight night stay was great! The room was clean and very accommodating. The two double beds provided plenty of room for two and were comfortable! Lots of windows with great views. Really important- the HVAC kept the room nice and cool during a balmy week in July! The staff was amazing! The hotel is centrally located with anything you’d need within a 2 minutes walk; Tully’s, Lawson, 7/11, Grocer, McD’s, and great food of all tastes with dine in and takeaway choices, shopping, and Nightlife...

"Modern hotel that was spacious enough for our family of four. The lobby and terrace were a beautiful place for a morning coffee and mid day rest. Loved the days where Onigiri Mama was available with her tasty onigiri:) Short walk to Shinjuku-Sanchome station. We frequently used entrance/exit C7 to minimize outdoor walking when it was really hot"

"Hotel is near shopping center and eateries, cafes. Guest relations were always helpful. Airport shuttle was easy to book however there is a 1400 yen per adult. They also provided free shuttle to Disneyland which is a major service. Overall , this hotel provides plenty of services and beautiful inside /outside. Totally recommend ‘"

"This is a business hotel, so certain amenities, like on-site gym and spa are not available. It is centrally located, clean and comfortable, so it satisfied my needs for this trip. Room and bathroom are small but this is to be expected, however, it’s still a very comfortable base in Shinjuku. Lovely staff and delicious breakfast selections. Just note that there are a number of Apa hotels within blocks of each other so, just be mindful of that when you arrive to make check in easier."
