The light was not fixed and the staff act like they didn’t know what we were talking about and that they didn’t put it in the maintenance...

Continued conversations ignoring me and another customer who was waiting before me. I interrupted them twice as we waited close to 10-minutes for them to finish a conversation with each other about work drama (we could hear them).
