"I came in town with my daughter for spring break vacay. I initially booked the hotel because of them having a pool and no parking charge. Well when I get to check in I am told I now have to pay for parking WHY? I was told , “ oh it started today! “ what does that have to do with a reservation that booked BEFORE you thought that up to charge because of the holiday. I assume the girl was new NEW because the TRAINER was doing all the double talking. Had I not been exhausted from a 10 hour drive I would have went elsewhere. Then to find out the pool 1 wasn’t open and 2 closed at 8pm like really? I will not be booking here again and I want my money back!! "

"The hotel is adequate. Check in was slightly stressful as there was only one person and he was dealing with an unhappy customer. Beware that they charge $50 PER DAY as incidental fee which is refunded if not used. The room was clean. The overall appearance was tired and well worn. There is no complimentary breakfast so we chose to eat away from the hotel. The location was very convenient to the areas of Atlanta we wanted to explore."
