"Staff when I checked in didn't speak loud enough to hear and mumbled. Didn't help that English was a second language. Put me in a room on the third floor, no towels in the room anywhere. Went back to the front desk to ask for towels and he mumbled something again. About an hour later, cleaning staff gave me more towels that I could use. Next morning I went to the car and came back - the room key didn't work. Had to go to the front office again to get it reset with the excuse "Sometimes it does that." Would stay there again."

"It was a decent stay; however, they need to invest more into their establishment so the customers can feel stay, clean, and secured. My stay felt like they did not care for their customers or the do not have the funding to improve th customers stay!!!"

"The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. Check-in was easy. It's not far from downtown, closer to some malls and good restaurants. What I didn't like was that our room wasn't very big. The bed was uncomfortable, and the edges of the bed were too wide, so my kids and I kept hitting them with our knees. The shower door doesn't close all the way; it has a small gap, so water would come out while showering and flood the floor. I had to put towels on the floor. The body wash was labeled as hand wash. The switch for the bathroom light was located between the lotion and the hand-wash soap dispenser."
