"The staff was very courteous, which made it better. Internet was horrible reception. The room was clean, but not in good condition. Paint chipping off the ceiling and walls, ripped bedsheets, burned out lights. The breakfast would have been okay, but they only serve full on the weekend. Monday and tuesday i had to request fruit and yogurt. Disappointing because of positive previous reviews."

"The young man at the front desk was very kind and understanding and tried to correct some of my complaints but I still decided to leave the property and not stay for the time I reserved. My room smelled like mold and I had to get some spray from the front desk..the carpet was FILTHY…there was a cigarette burn in the ottoman…the towels had a yellow hue and I had to request new ones because a hair was imbedded in 1 of them…a dog was barking incessantly….they say it was renovated but I think the only thing renovated was the lobby!! "

"Non smoking rooms smelled like cigarette. Bed sheets were burnt. I had two night reservation and only could stay one night. They have signs of no smoking everywhere but the whole place had cigarette smell. "

"There was items left over from another guest in the room and also I killed 3 bugs. 2 were spiders. The door to the room was incredibly hard to open and close. Not to mention you could hear any and everything through the walls as well. Tv in the room was horrible quality. Speaker and picture issues. Breakfast wasn’t at all worth it. "

"The stay was just okay, but I was little disappointed because there wasn't a handicap room available, reconstruction throughout the building, shower had no room to sit your own stuff while showering, and the room seemed to be a little more tighter than other Hamilton's I stayed at."
