"I came in town with my daughter for spring break vacay. I initially booked the hotel because of them having a pool and no parking charge. Well when I get to check in I am told I now have to pay for parking WHY? I was told , “ oh it started today! “ what does that have to do with a reservation that booked BEFORE you thought that up to charge because of the holiday. "I stayed at this hotel for a weekend trip. The location was convenient and the check-in process was smooth. Unfortunately, the room did not meet expectations. The bedding did not feel fresh, and the bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly. I also noticed some noise from the hallway late at night, which made it difficult to sleep. I brought this up with the front desk explaining how nasty the room was, while the staff were polite, the issue wasn’t fully resolved during my stay....

"Room service was not provided since it wasn’t requested. We asked for additional towels and received them promptly. The hot tub and pool were excellent. Breakfast was good. The location is great, with many shops nearby."

"This Motel is very efficient. Bed, A/C, Shower, Sink,Toilet, T.V./Remote, Lights, Dresser, Nightstand. $2.00 wash/dry(Nice!). Only microwave is in the Laundry so plan ahead. No exaggeration here. This is not your typical Hotel experience filled with amenities so please show some grace or look elsewhere. All of the above mentioned and you walk in to the smell of bleach. Yeah it’s good enough for a decent stay & be on your way!🚗💨 Will visit again. "

Unfortunately, we also encountered some issues during our stay. There were roaches in our bathroom, and the carpets in the rooms did not appear to be clean. Additionally, there was an incident unrelated to the hotel itself: a worker hit our aunt’s car while she was coming to work. We were not informed by the hotel...

"Great location close to a lot of restaurants and fast food, easy parking. Helpful pleasant staff, very clean and quiet, with newly remodeled rooms, bed had superior mattress, better than average sheets and nice down pillows, large tv, fridge and microwave. I would definitely stay there again."

"The Starbucks was closed when we checked in at 3 and the rest of the night on a Saturday which I thought was crazy. Then the pool was clean and lit up and when I asked what time it closes she said it’s not open yet. The pull out couch wasn’t made up. There wasn’t even a top sheet over the mattress. I had to call down for sheets and comforter for it even though upon checking in I let them know I needed a room with a pull out couch. For such an expensive hotel room. I thought I would have at least...

"Clean room and linens, but did need to clean floors. Had some issues with disruptive guest next to me, but management handled the problem. Laundry machines are very affordable. Parking is well lit. "

"This property is not up-to-date. I selected certain amenities during my search, only to find out that they are not available at this location. The water was not getting hot, and the iron barely worked. The pool was inoperable, and the breakfast was gone before the time was up. "
