"The good....The room was really clean, the decor was beautiful and the bed was so so comfortable. There was a lot of pillows, the AC worked great, and there were plugs on the bedside walls, next to the side tables to charge phones etc. It was downtown , and the staff was kind. The ok...The bathroom was mostly clean, but dirt was built up in the corners of the bathroom floors, the paint was chipped along the floor boards, the jetted tub showed signs of corrosion. I was really looking...

This was like staying at you eccentric, generous, Bohemian uncle’s place - cool art and artifacts EVERYWHERE, snacks and drink offerings available 24 hours/day, and well appointed, clean, and comfortable “guest” room! The night we came in, I was lucky enough to actually meet Chef “Uncle” John Cariere, the proprietor. He was very welcoming and accommodating and invited us to the complimentary breakfast. We could smell it the next morning, but were just too comfortable to get out of the...

"Internet was spotty at best. Restaurants closed both nights there (T/W). Yet very clean and spacious room and nice staff."

"The check in, staff at front desk, and room were very nice. The staff at the deli were ok and fairly accommodating. Our only complaint was the casino. The machines were disappointing and my husband was wanting the poker machines like we play in every other casino we have been in but they were no where to be found. The slots were not at all familiar (except Buffalo and a couple of others). I appreciated the non-smoking area game area very much - but I wish the games had been better."

"The hotel is in a good location. It's decorated beautifully, and very spacious. Our room was on the 15th floor, and our view wasn't great, mostly interstate and city streets. The room got very dark, which we like, and the a/c worked great. Our only issues were the music from the lobby drop off area carried up to our room, and the bed was very firm. We would definitely stay again."

"This was my second stay at this location. For some reason the exterior doors were poorly sealed (2x). Many small bugs flying around room. Had to jam towel in door gaps to try and mitigate."

"The lady working the breakfast this morning was so kind and helpful. my daughter and I have a gluten allergy and could not eat the biscuit breakfast sandwiches that were out. She went and found quiche for us. She was so kind. Also, the property is very clean. The room was spotless. The staff overall were just completely welcoming and helpful. Thank you"
