"This property used strong chemicals for cleaning. It Was not healthy breathing in such strong fumes, made breathing uncomfortable and did not sleep well.
Would have left but paid in advance and got in late as it was a quick stop to sleep during our long travels across the country. Breakfast had what you would want for a free fill up"

"It was really great except the a/c was not working in the lobby areas and the elevator was broken so we had to use stairs to our 2nd floor room.

"When my flight was cancelled after multiple delays all day long, I booked a room at the Shreveport Marriott. The shuttle driver was so very courteous and kind!! He inquired if I was hungry as the cafe in the hotel had closed for the day and Mr Johnny was concerned I might be hungry after a long day of waiting around the airport. I assured him I was fine, and he efficiently got me to the front door to check in.
