I wouldn’t consider another stay there in this circumstances."

"We stayed there 4 nights, it seems like the bed sheets were never been changed. On the first day, we received the room, the bed sheets and pillow cases were very dirty. It had some stains, wrinkles on it and it were been like that for the next 4 days. The house keepers are rule and mean. They wanted us to collect all the dirty towels for them, they seemed like they wanted us to do their jobs. Terrible"

"The original room we had was reeking cigarette smoke and the bathroom faucet was broken. Also, housekeeping missed our room twice. But we were offered a different and better room and housekeeping finally came to our room on the last night. If not for the helpfulness of front desks Christian and Donald, hot breakfast every day with good variety, pool and 24/7 gun included, it would have been a terrible overall stay."

"This place is not really the newest or freshest, and at about $100 a night, was overpriced to my dinosaur way of thinking -- but they are exploiting the overpriced nature of the metro Boston hotel market. One thing that was annoying was that the shower was only lukewarm-mildly warm."

"I booked through Expedia for my room and there was an issue with the system because the hotel recently switched their system, so when I arrived after a VERY long drive with kids in hand, they didn't have a room for me. Gary on the front desk was truly a gem and tried his best to help us. The hotel has great potential and I can see they're making changes but needs so improvements.
