"Our lovely 4 day experience at Shinta Mani began with the space itself, which can be described as an immersive retreat. The residence has beautiful water features and local plant life, and always had a calming lemongrass/jasmine scent, with many lotuses. (Just remember bug spray) On top of the relaxing environment, the amenities were also excellent; especially the food offerings. We looked forward to breakfast everyday- a tasteful blend of modern and traditional cuisines. Their options for lunch and dinner were also well selected. The hospitality service was outstanding. The staff team was very personable, and passionate about their job. Donny at the front desk, and Chantha at the breakfast buffet especially stood out to us with their service. We looked forward to the staff, and Shinta Mani experience throughout our stay."

"Very nice place at a great location. We stayed 4 nights there between Dec. 11-15, 2025. Rooms are clean and the staffs were very helpful. Especially ms.Sreykea not only helped us on getting directions, arranging tranportations but also introduced us to Cambodian history and architecture. At this time, Saem Reap was not affected by the border conflicts making the stay worry free. We are so happy with our visit."

"Great hotel at the heart of the city. Close to the Pub Street and the night market so loads of dining options and great for souvenir shopping. Staff were amazing and very helpful, definitely the highlight of the hotel, couldn't commend them enough. The room was spacious and with a very comfortable bed. Had to get the staff for a firestick to watch live tv due to some works as otherwise the option would be either YouTube or Netflix. The signal for the firestick wasn't great but since we didn't spend much time in the room, wasn't a massive issue. Breakfast was at their sister hotel across the road. It was very good on two occasions but on one, when we had a bit of a lie in and went later at 8.30am, the hot buffet wasn't replenished so was scrapping the dried up spaghetti. The manager at our hotel said he would speak to them but wouldn't hold it against them since it is at a different property. Had dinner a couple of times and a complementary lunch at the hotel, which was excellent so very happy with both the service and the food. All in all, very happy with our stay and would stay here again if we ever go back to Siem Reap."
