La posizione dell’hotel é ottima, ad una decina di minuti da Siena centro. 4 stelle e non 5 perché ci sono alcune accortezze che lo renderebbero perfetto: La sala colazione è buia, fredda, andrebbe ristrutturata. La quantità e la scelta di cibo sono mediocri, nulla di eccezionale per essere un 4 stelle. "Notre séjour s’est très bien passé ! La chambre était propre et confortable, avec un joli balcon pour profiter du soleil. Le personnel était accueillant et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos besoins. Le petit déjeuner était varié et copieux, parfait pour bien commencer la journée. "Et sjarmerende lite B&B. Har nok vært utrolig vakkert i sine glansdager, men områdene rundt bærer preg av lite vedlikehold. Leiligheten var helt grei for en overnatting. Gulvet på badet var ikke rent. Når vi tørket opp etter oss ble håndkleet møkkete. Men overnattingen var helt grei alt i alt. Når vi skulle sjekke ut var det ikke et menneske å se, resepsjonen var stengt. Endte med å sette nøklene i døra og dra da alt var betalt ved bestilling."

"Overall great. It was a bit colder when we went. I wish they put heat lamps in outside seating areas in the evenings. I did ask and they put one but it needed time to heat up. But other than that - amazing stay! "

"This hotel is a total scam. They state that no outside food or drinks are allowed on the premises. One night, staff saw us bringing a pizza back to our room but said nothing at the time. The next morning, they suddenly demanded a €50 fine. We tried to reason with them, but they insisted on charging my credit card anyway. This was an unfair dispute and an unreasonable charge. Luckily, my credit card company eventually reversed the €50 charge. Please think twice before booking this hotel."
