"Our stay was just ok. Very noisy streets. And the bread at the breakfast buffet was extremely stale for both mornings. We could not eat it.
If you are allergic to dust be warned that their curtains and bed headers are very dusty."

"Le Aquile is so central to Il Campo and right in the heart of Siena but the rooms are really quiet and tranquil. The building is beautiful and historic and the rooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated. Ada and Massimo couldn’t have been more helpful and gave great recommendations for local restaurants and tourist attractions. We ended up extending our 3 days to 5 days. Extremely reasonably priced given the location. Highly recommend staying at Le Aquile. Only slight word of warning is that...

"We received great instructions from Amina on how to access the room which were easy to follow.
If arriving in the day, the ground floor is where a lovely flower shop is, then up a lift. There are then 9 easy steps down to where the room is located.
This was our 4th stop on our trip and by far the best room. Although in the centre of everything, the room is super quiet, modern, with a lovely-sized bathroom & powerful shower and great WiFi.
We would highly recommend and will definitely return...

Beautiful outdoor space for morning coffee and great views! The property is right next to the escalators which take you up to the walled city. From there you can explore the Piazza, Duomo, Clock Tower, amazing shops and restaurants. What a great time and we can’t wait to come back!"
