"This hotel needs another star!!! It is absolutely wonderful. The rooms are spacious, beautiful, and well supplied. The bathroom is luxurious. The staff is helpful and friendly. The breakfast is delicious and the garden is relaxing and fresh with turtles that come up and say hi while you dine. There is a library where you can take books and trade them with ones you have read. I will stay here again next time I come to Siena."
"Hotel Italia is welcoming and comfortable. It is conveniently located a short distance from the railway station (which is connected to street level by ten escalators and relatively easy to access with luggage if they're all working). The included breakfast buffet offered a great array of tempting options. The centre of the city with all the main tourist sights is only a twenty to thirty minute walk away through very picturesque streets."
"The hotel and grounds were beautiful, however we weren’t aware there were multiple buildings on the property and were given a dark room on the ground floor of a back building. We had also booked the junior suite but our room, while large, did not have a couch as described."

And don’t forget the steps with luggage to get to and from room.
