The host is excellent, the property is wonderful, spacious parking for six vehicles inside an anient iron and brick fence, ancient house with gorgeous and spacious interior, high ceilings, balcony with a spectacular view of the Tuscany countryside, and a fourteen minute drive from paid parking in the historic city center of Siena. Unbelievably, incredibly wonderful place! Wish I could have stayed for longer.

Nice Tuscan Villa, only 10 minutes from city centre, easy parking and moving in and out of the city. The host are great, Cecilia and husband always available to help.

Very good.

Although a bit far from the city attractions which were no problem for us because we had a car, the villa looks and feels nice and cosy. Kitchen sharing is a little drawback, but it worked for us just fine.

Nice place to stay in Tuscany near Siena. Not very central but not far from main attractions either. The self check in was nice since we weren’t sure about the arrival time. Room is a little outdated but it seemed to be the case for all stays in Tuscany. Mostly rock hard beds. The breakfast was average and I ended up having warm milk with a tiny bit of corn flakes(I had to buy another breakfast afterwards).

Good place to stay to avoid busy Siena.

Nice location approx 10 km from Siena. We took the bus into Siena to avoid traffic and parking with an easy 15 minute ride. Service was excellent - the two ladies operating the facility were very welcoming. It’s an older property but has lots of character, decent size room, upgraded bathroom with comfortable beds. We enjoyed our 2 night stay.

Ficamos só uma noite, chegamos a tempo de ser recepcionado ou seja fazer o check in. Pois após as 18:00 não fica ninguém no estabelecimento, e vc entra através de uma senha que vc recebe por e-mail, e vc precisa dela para entrar quando sai para jantar. O lugar é bem charmosinho, quarto confortável, banheiro grande, mas o box é muito pequeno. Só achei que o café da manhã oferecido poderia ser um pouco melhorado. A política do checkout parece ser bem rígida, pois há aviso atrás da porta sobre o horário de saída que é as 10:00 e se sair às 10:14 será advertido e se passar das 10:15 será cobrado uma multa, achei meio ameaçador. Fora isso esta bem localizado, e vc recebe dicas ótimas .

Un retour vers le passé

Comme convenu, nous avions nos codes d'accès lors de notre arrivée. La chambre était propre et avait gardée son aspect vieillot. Les commodités étaient fonctionnelles. Le lendemain matin lors du déjeuner la dame (employée) nous a accueilli avec gentillesse. Elle nous a donné des indications intéressantes sur la région. Le déjeuner était très bon et en quantité.

Amazing villa, wonderful people

I cannot say enough about this incredible bed and breakfast. Everything was amazing!! We stayed in the beautiful and immaculate one bedroom apartment. The ladies who run the place, Simona and Maria, were super kind and helpful. The breakfast was awesome and included fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, bread, pastries and cappuccinos. Hands down, this is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in- and it was very affordable. Siena is definitely worth seeing, don't miss the opportunity to stay here!
