"Honestly this place was great. I saw birds roght out my patio window and looked out to the mountains. It was a great value and the owner and his family were very friendly and welcoming. Take the short hike to the top of the property and enjoy an amazing view. This was such a cool place to stay. The room was extremely comfortable."

"This a unique experience. Staff was very helpful and their breakfast which we had one morning was delicious. We even managed to get Italian food delivered (easier with USD cash). The view is unbelievable and we definitely enjoyed as a family with 2 teenagers. Note that like all roads in Costa Rica, always better with a 4WD car. "The resort staff knew us by name and were genuinely concerned with our happiness. The food was fresh and delicious from the buffet breakfast to the poolside dining or the sushi restaurant. The beds were comfortable and rooms nice and dark as well as quiet for a good night’s rest after an active day exploring the grounds. We had a blast river tubing and sitting in the springs as well as having smores by the firepit. The wildlife animal tour was incredible. Will definitely return."

"It was truly an amazing experience. View alone worth million dollar. Staff was extremely considerate and courteous. Swimming pool and Hot tub experience was great. Not to mention, food was very delicious and tasteful. I will recommend very highly and will say just have breakfast and dinner at this place only. There was some minor issue with the internet but the staff actioned it right away. You may feel place is slightly away from LA Fortuna but the price and experience, no one can beat it.
