"I called two days before my trip but was unable to reach anyone by phone. The pictures of the room online did not accurately reflect the actual room, and the restaurant was closed. The room was not as clean as expected, and there were not enough towels or toilet paper provided. Overall, the experience was disappointing and fell short of expectations. No parking or area to drop off luggage.Based on this stay, I would not be eager to return or recommend this property to others."

There is a bit of a walking distance to the hotel lobby (around 10-15 minutes) from the parking garage). Hotel room is comfortable and with space. The front desk is somewhat slow, so plan ahead if you arrive or leave at...

"The common areas need to be cleaned more frequently. Shampooing the carpets would make a significant difference, as they appear quite dirty. Also, the elevator floors are constantly wet, so please be mindful of that.
My only complaint is the overall cleanliness of the common areas. The room itself was clean and comfortable, but the carpets throughout the property definitely need a deep shampoo cleaning. Improving this would make a big difference in the overall guest experience."
