"The room that I was given was on the first floor directly in front of the pool. The noise level is extreme. I was given a handicap accessible room, even though I don’t have any handicap. The shower had a large shower bench in there. I had to drag it out to be able to take a shower. This was disgusting. All the baseboards in the room are scuffed up and missing paint. The dresser drawers are missing knobs. And the one table in there is wobbly. The furniture is stained and needs to be cleaned....
