Huoneen lattiassa oli jotain "limettiä" edellisten asukkaiden jäljiltä, sukat tarttui kiinni. Baarikaappi piti kauheaa ääntä, otimme töpselin yöksi pois, koska muuten ei olisi voinut nukkua. Kylpylässä liian kylmä ja muutoinkin tilana erittäin vanhentunut, vaatisi jo uudistusta. Muutoinkin tilat vanhentuneet kauttaaltaan, koko hotellissa, ei tätä päivää. Hintaansa nähden liian kallis yöpyminen.

Saimme tulopäivänä huoneet toiveestamme aikaisemmin käyttöömme. Palvelu oli ystävällistä ja erinomaista. Aamiainen herkullinen ja runsas. Hotellin ympäristö virikkeellinen, nuoret viihtyivät aamiaisen jälkeen minigolfia ja biljardia pelaten. Kylpylään emme ehtineet tutustua, koska hääjuhla Siilinjärvellä oli vierailumme pääkohde.

Hyvät yöunet

Erittäin mukava ja rentouttava yhden yön yöpyminen helteisessä säässä. Kävimme pienen kävelyn jälkeen (lähellä loistavat puistoalueet ja polkuja) hotellin omassa rannassa uimassa. Matala hiekkaranta, jossa lapset (ja aikuiset) näyttivät viihtyvän mainosti. Kylpylä on pieni, mutta sopii kuntoiluun ja pieniin virkistys/rentoutushetkiin. Huone oli hieman vanhanaikainen, mutta erittäin siisti ja toimiva. Plussaa oli sopiva lämpötila, vaikka ulkona oli hirmu helteet. Hotellissa oli myös rauhallista, ei meteliä. Aamupala oli perinteinen ja hyvä, leipä ihanan tuoretta - vielä lämmintä. Hotellista oli helppo jatkaa lähellä olevalta pysäkiltä bussilla matkaa Kuopion Matkakeskukseen. Käyevä ja toimiva hotelli kaikenkaikkiaan.
