"Have not left an evaluation for the staff because the reason below: I left my expensive headphone in bed due to in hurry to catch early morning flight. In airport I realized leaving headphone in hotel and called front-desk immediately and the staff promised to have someone retrieve for me. Called back several times to let them know to have my friend to pick up. So far still have no luck, always was told that they would need to find out who had picked it up and would let me know. "

Our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect one-night stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, and we had one of the best nights of sleep we’ve had while traveling. The customer service truly stood out, everyone was friendly, professional, and eager to help. Even though it was just one night, the experience felt luxurious and stress-free.
