"Staff was amazing - lobby, restaurant and room(except the grumpy bar tender guy). Room was clean, but things in the bathroom were broken (sink and mirror). Breakfast selection was great and the flavor was (3 out of 5). Bed was very comfy and when the peple above us were crazy slamming (mma wrestling?) for an HOUR, they actually went to the room and it stopped. Honestly i think it is the very best place in the whole city. We would stay there again and ask for the top floor. "

"Our handicap accessible room was nice. I would have liked to have a second bed instead of a sleeper sofa though. The bathroom was clean and spacious. They only had a shower chair for the tub. With a new lower leg amputee in our group, a walk-in shower or at least a transfer style bench would have made shower access possible for her. Climbing into the tub was not possible. "I have been to Hilton Southern Pines, NC before and enjoyed. This time I saw a few differences. Towels were SO inadequate for a Hilton hotel. Thin, with threads hanging , just not what you expect from a Hilton. For some reason, our room was not cleaned, bed not made and no fresh towels. The pillows were HORRIBLE, not sure why they changed their pillows but again, not what I would expect from a Hilton hotel. I wasn't there long enough to check out the rest of the hotel, but it did look...

"There where plenty properties near by far as food , gas stations and clothing shops. The location was perfect, the staff was perfect but the bathroom is so small you can barely move around comfortable. Not to mention the bathroom was dirty, the walls were nasty, along with the sheets being stained you could tell house keeping just made the bed and clean what they saw but not good AT ALL"

"This is my fourth time staying at this location, it is starting to look very used. I understand there is a lot of traffic in and out, but it could use a little TLC. Breakfast was average, not enough fruit was put out, the addition of the coffee machines was a great new item. My room was clean, carpet in the room not so much.
