"The A/C unit fan ran continuously. There was no way to turn it off. The wall thermostat did not control the fan speed. The noise was constant. Also there were two exhaust fans, one in the hallway and one in the bathroom, which were also constantly on. They were all on 24/7 and the noise was loud. It interfered with sleep. The wall thermostat was also very bright and located next to the bed so it was as if someone had a flashlight on all night. Very poor design. I will never stay at the...

"Room was clean, breakfast was good, room service staff was very nice. Didn't receive 5 starts because we asked for extra blankets and front desk Dorien didn't feel like we needed one blanket per person. She gave us an attitude when I called for an extra sheet set, told me she wasn't sending up any more linens and hung up on me. Other then that, stay was good."

"Everything was wonderful, with just a couple of issues.
The set up was lovely and clean. The staff was very friendly. The beds were soft, and the events for families was an added bonus.
Unfortunately, there were bugs flying in the room constantly getting into our food. THEN, every morning at 5:30 there was a horrible mechanical sound which woke me up every morning. I finally went to the store and bought a pair of earplugs to make it bearable.
All and all a nice environment, however the insects...
