"We arrived 20 minutes before check in and was not so kindly greeted by a man who was extremely passive aggressive with us and made sure to note that our 'early' arrival was an inconvenience to him. We then got up to our room to be hit by a wave of heat (79 degrees) as the air conditioner hadn't been on and the blinds were left open to let sunlight in.
Hotels.com mentioned there was complimentary breakfast but we were never given any information at the hotel about breakfast, nor saw any signage describing when/where breakfast would be. We looked at the hotel's website directly where it stated there was in fact NOT breakfast and in lieu, gave a list of recommended breakfast places in the area. Upon waking, we got the kids up and ready in order to leave for one of the recommended breakfast places and found out there was in fact breakfast being served near the lobby.
I called in advance to ask about an EV charging outlet for our vehicle and was told there was an outlet I could park near, but once arriving, was told there was not and wasn't sure 'who and why' they would've told me that information.
I would pay a few hundred dollars more to never stay here again. "
"The kitchen didn't have any pots, pans, etc to cook with. The gentleman doing the breakfast was great. The lady needed some help. Customer service was great at the desk!! Thx for the stay"
"Stay on the third floor because people walk over your head really loud. So loud that I had a call downstairs but they didn’t do anything about it. Had to wear earplugs. Staff wasn’t very welcoming that night checking in."
