"They really have a lot of potential with this place. The proximity to beach 2 - which is a great family beach and nicer sand than beach 1- is perfect. The beach they built down by the river to watch boats and get some extra sand play with the kids, is amazing. Only negative is it appears the fence is not complete around the docks ( I hope!) and it is pretty open to the water, just have to keep a good eye on little ones. We enjoyed sitting on the outdoor couches when kids were in bed, and had a...

Broken or inoperable lamps, dishwasher that is in poor condition, living room furniture in poor condition.
Requires a total refurbishment!!!"
