"We paid for a room with all inclusive. The food was very delicious and diverse. The spa centre was clean, not overly crowded and spacious. The spa aria is on two floors , there are several steam baths and saunas. We like the outside pool and jacuzzi because of the hot water and the atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only disadvantage is that after dinner there isn’t entertainment for the guests ,like a play room, especially when you’re in Bansko out of the season. One...

"We booked this hotel for 5 nights during christmas period. Breakfast was amazing, service from staff was great, the hotel has a lot of options to keep kids busy if you have any children, spa was one of the best facilities on site. Our one bed apartment was spacious, comfortable, clean washroom. Only problem was that the walls were thin and we could hear quite a bit of noise from other rooms which kept us awake till late most nights. "
