"The only positive thing about this property was the fast check-in. Upon walking to our room we noticed a lot of dirty linen throughout the hallway , which seemed odd because if rooms were being cleaned why not put dirty laundry in a dirty hamper basket. Approximately 10 minutes after being in our room my wife was using the bathroom , a housekeeper barged into the room. My wife was so upset/ embarrassed. The housekeeper stated she didn't know the room was now vacant , she just wanted to make sure...

"We had a very clean Ocean view room the outside pool area was well-maintained. A nice tiki bar attached."

"Room was not as clean as it should have been. The couch, sofa and throw pillows were soiled. We put sheets over the couches and throw pillows. Also cupboard faces and walls, switchplates had quite a bit of slop spilled on them that wiped off quite easily but should have been wiped down before we got there. Biggest concern was the lack of bathroom facilites at the pool. This almost seems against code...certainly not a healthy situation. Can only assume the dozens of little.kids and the dozens...

"The cleaning and maintenance staff is a 10 out of 10!! Each of them greeted us at all times. Coming off the elevator, passing by in the parking lot, while they were cleaning the pool, etc. They made the stay very pleasant along with the property in general. We enjoyed going to the Tiki Bar by the pool, the bar tender is very nice and she recommended great drinks. CONS: 1. I wish they had restrooms closer to the pool so its convenient for the kids. 2. They do need to upgrade the property a...
