The room was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast buffet was tasty and had a nice variety. Parking was includes. The kids loved the main pool and the beach was right there! i just felt the outside of the property was dirty and not well kept.. even the elevators were dirty rooms were not bad but it just looked and felt dirty
