"Things I liked: cleanliness, bedding, location, housekeeping. The staff was very helpful, especially Mr. A. Ramman, the bellman. Things I did not like: room is smallish. It would be more than acceptable IF there was a closet, or a dresser, or some shelving, to store your luggage and its contents. I don't mind living out of a suitcase for one night, but it is unreasonable to expect a tourist or a visitor to spend 2 or more nights digging through luggage to access your clothing and gear. Therefore, the nightly cost is too high for what is offered."

"Room was clean easy to check in. Staff were friendly. Hotel located on great location to reach any tourist attraction. Underground station was in the same building. It’s really convenience with all shops, bars, restaurant, self service laundry is 7 minutes walk in case anyone need to get clothes quick wash. Outdoor pool is more for relax than a proper swimming. During the time I stayed was a bit busy with family and kids so I only have drinks by the pool. Another good point is I can use shower facility by the pool before I left to airport as my flight was later at night. "

"The rooms were quite small, however the hospitality was excellent. Alvin Lee assisted us greatly, especially with our delayed check in due to circumstances outside of our control. We really appreciated his kindness and support throughout our stay."
