"Everything about this hotel was amazing. The room was large, well equiped and the bed was super comportable with beatuful soft linen and comfortable pillows. The bathroom was large with plenty of good quality toiletries and the room had great air con. The staff were next level - every person I spoke with with was eager to help and very friendly. yet professional. The cocktail bar on the prmises was fantastic - well priced (a very long happy hour) and well made with great staff in a cosy setting. The pool with a bar was also wonderful. The location was fantastic being accross the road from Chijmes with many choices or restaurants and bars. We travel to Singapore every year and have tried many hotels - we've now found where we will always stay, this hotel beats all the others."

"Great location, great services, view from Skai bar were so good we skipped going to the Marina Sands Ce La Vi bar. This hotel exceeded our expectations."

"The room was fantastic. Comfortable bed with lots of pillows and a big duvet room was perfectly sized for a solo traveller location perfect. While a gym is advertised, it was more a corner with some equipment. Including a giant wheel— like a giant version of what a guinea pig runs in. LOL. Breakfast was a 3 out of 5."

"Very nice and modern hotel. the self check in a little complicated but the staff is very helpful. We got our room in no time. The pool is nice for cool down in the hot afternoons. Hotel is actually very close to the Mrt station (direct walkway thru from the back), except Google map navigated around the block instead."

"My stay wouldn’t be this great if I didn’t stay at JEN Singapore Tanglin by Shangri-La! Starting of with their well appointed rooms - all specifications such as room location and pillow preferences we’re followed. Food is always great from breakfast to their evening cocktails at the Club Lounge! Check out was breezy! Was able to check out at the Club Lounge avoiding the crowd at the front desk! Service requests made easy by using their app! I’m very happy and satisfied!!!"

"The most extraordinary stay I’ve had. Staff were amazing and their hospitality is top tier. All of the hotel concierge were helpful but when I was facing a huge difficulty with my credit card the front desk agent really put herself in my place and not only understood my problem but solved it. I cannot thank the marina bay sands team for taking care of me during my stay. I am definitely gonna be coming back. Everything was just divine."
