"The room was clean and nice. Staff was nice. The problem we had is there was an extremely bright floodlight right outside our window and unfortunately the black out curtains they have weren't enough to keep the light out. It was shining in around the curtain edges on all sides. We really only used the place to sleep and our toddler was having a hard time falling asleep because of the light. Poorly place light for somewhere people mostly spend time to sleep."

"The place was great! The pool water was very cold the first two days we were there, but that’s because they had just drained it to clean it, and then refilled it. "First room had a huge blood stain on matress. The girl at the front counter was super nice and tried her best. Had to call manager to get approval to switch rooms. Manager was beyond rude, tried to tell me the bed was made perfectly. Sure was, but matress was nasty and room smelled like old cigarettes. Was able to switch but was told if i didnt like this room i could leave the property, with no refund. Second room was fine. But manager was so rude. "

"We reserved a king size bed 4 months ago. When we checked in, they didn't have one. They offered 2 queens for the same price. Four months should have been enough time to let us know they didn't have what we reserved. The carpets in the public areas needed vacuuming and/or a good cleaning. The bases of the lamps in the room were dirty. There was no clock. The tv and remote were confusing. Staff were friendly."

"This Comfort Inn was a great value. At the time we were there, the parking lot was getting repaved, so parking was a challenge. Beyond the parking challenges, the rooms were quiet and clean."

"The room was just ordinary, nothing special ...the indoor pool and Jacuzzi were a big hit with everyone especially the kids I saw.....the free breakfast included 2 waffle makers, scrambled eggs, sausage...HOWEVER, for some reason, the eggs and potatoes and sausage ran out at 9:15am (the free buffet is open until 10am)....many people kept arriving after 9:15am, but no new eggs nor potatoes nor sausage were ever brought out...everyone was disappointed"

"Banquet hall was across from our room. Was told it would quiet down about 930-1000. At 11pm it got quieter and then the loud cackling start in the bar directly below our room and continued past 230 am. We were traveling and I had the worst nights sleep. The restaurant was closed due to the holy Catholic school fundraiser booking it out. They just didn't book out all the rooms and I was tormented. I went to the hall numerous times and it was quiet, but our room echoed with the loud drunks. I called down twice and they said they would do what they could do but it never stopped until after 230."
