"I was surprised by parking fee. You suppose to paid parking online. Hotel Element is not responsible for parking security. Element shouldn't charge extra for parking. It should be part of the room amenities."

"The hotel is under a a reno project. It wasn’t too inconvenient. We moved rooms because of the exhaust fan in the bathroom kept running. The next room had the same problem so I assume they were upgrading that system too. Tiana (I hope I got the name right), on the front desk was very helpful. Appreciated her help."

"Good place to stay if you have an early flight at DIA. Be sure to let them know you need a shuttle and what time. The 4:00 am was full so pushed us back a half hour which was a little stressful with security issues and timing. We made it but just barely "
