"Location was excellent. Property was reasonably good size 1 bedroom apartment. The laundry was available next door. If they can include breakfast, I would love it. The parking was cramped. Overall, I would love to comeback and stay."

"The staff were absolutely amazing and had excellent suggestions of what to do and where to go! We may have had things in mind, but when we asked for honest opinions, Sonja & Gabby helped out so much. The room itself was adorable and simple, with the best view! We were worried at first not having A/C in the middle of summer, but we left the door open & it was never needed. Breakfast was excellent, large variety, clean, and again the staff were promptly helpful. Overall, it’s a quiet & peaceful hotel/area. *Couple things for Americans to note…there is no mini fridge, washcloths, and hair conditioner. It’s not bad, just different than most USA hotels."

"The hotel's location is great; there are nearby restaurants, and the village center is very close—it's a small village. There is parking available, which is free at night and paid during the day at a reasonable rate. The girl at the reception during the evening shift was very kind. When we first arrived, we found that the room's AC wasn't working well, but she changed our room and was very helpful and pleasant. The beds are comfortable, and the room and bathroom are excellent. My only observation is that, since I had read previous reviews where most guests complained about the air conditioning, I checked it upon arrival and found it wasn't working. We were moved to a room where the AC was functioning, but it wasn't cooling very strongly. Given that the temperatures were 27°C during the day and 22°C at night, I expected much better performance. I expect that if there were a stronger heatwave, the AC would be ineffective. Since the hotel is otherwise lovely, it would be great if they could pay more attention to the air conditioning system."

"We had a fantastic time here. The staff went above and beyond, and the on-site restaurant was a real highlight — genuinely excellent food and service that made the trip. The views are spectacular and worth the visit on their own. A couple of practical notes for future guests. The hot tub runs cooler than what we're used to in the US — I'd estimate around 90–95°F — so if you like it piping hot, just set your expectations accordingly. It's still lovely, just more of a warm soak than a hot one. Also, it's a bit of a walk from the train station. That was totally manageable in summer, but I'm honestly not sure how it would go in snow. If you're visiting in winter, I'd check with the property beforehand about whether they run a shuttle — worth verifying before you book. Internet was usable for email, did not try a video call. None of this took away from a truly great stay. We'd happily return."
