"You are asking about the staff? There was nobody there when we arrived. I could not find my reservation number because of poor phone connection! It took us 15 minutes to check in and other guests were struggling too!
Not a good system and Expedia should let us know that there nobody at the Hotel when you arrive, that we needed our reservation number, not just our names and to be ready for a machine."

"L'hôtel est situé à environ 10 mn de la Cité de Carcassonne et on l'aperçoit des fenêtres de l'hôtel. Nous avons très bien dormi car c'est calme. Les propriétaires de l'hôtel sont très agréables les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. La piscine est très jolie. Je recommande vivement cet endroit."

"Kleines Hotel, dem die Renovierung gut getan hat.
Die Dachterrasse war ca 2x2m groß, reicht aber für ein schönes Foto von der unverbauten Aussicht auf die Cite von Carcassonne.
Kleiner, liebevoller Garten mit leckerem Frühstück."

"Personnel très serviable à notre arrivée.
Oubli d'une veste que nous n'avons pas pu récupérer le jour même, l'hôtel étant fermé de 11h à 16h ! L'hôtel n'accepte pas d'envoyer les objets oubliés contre remboursement.
Espérons récupérer la veste lors d'un passage à Narbonne en juillet..."
