"I booked a pet-friendly room because I was traveling with my dog, and I honestly expected it to be much cleaner. As soon as we walked in, there was a strong odor of dog urine, and the carpet looked dirty and felt like it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in quite some time. I understand that pet-friendly rooms will naturally experience more wear and tear, and I know some pet owners don't clean up after their animals. "First of all, let me say the customer service was excellent the young lady at the desk who checked me in was so nice and helpful I needed an early check in due to medication I needed to refrigerate.
