"Room was wonderful! "

"The staff person we got was not chatty at all. Seemed borderline rude. We reserved two rooms but she only have us one. We caught it right away and she added the 2nd room back. The 2nd room was horrible, it smelled like a chain-smoker lived there for 5 years. So we requested a different room and ahe was able to switch us over so that we are next to each other. Still not single smile or acknowledgement. I think that was the weirdest part of our stay. The pool was nice but small and super hot. Must...

"The property/inn was adequate for what we needed. The room was clean and we felt safe. The virtual check in kiosk was cumbersome to use and I missed having staff to assist. The ice machine was either empty or not working. The hallway had a broken kid’s necklace on the floor that was there the entire time we were there so I know it wasn’t vacuumed. And unfortunately police were present for problems in the parking lot three times which left uncomfortable. For the price I expected more."

"WOW! This hotel was everything we could have needed or wanted. The room was immaculately clean and was refreshed every day we were there. The beds were comfy, the air worked great and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. Plenty of parking and well lit, which was appreciated. I would never stay anyplace else if I could help it. "The breakfast was excellent, although the juice machine was broken. The beds were very comfortable, the pool and hot tub were useful. No towels at the pool. The room floor was not swept, and had chunks of dirt on the floor. The shower had only one temperature - very hot. There was no way to add enough cold water to make it usable for more than a few seconds at a time."

"The AC was out and the hotel was always hot and stuffy. The trash cans in the room are partially smaller than usual trash cans. Not enough towels and hard to get when asked. Breakfast was the same everyday and was not well maintained. Garbage bins were always full. I did appreciate seeing staff all throughout the building, I just wondered what they were doing. I also appreciated the staff help during staff check in and check out with luggage."

"The water pressure in the sink needs to be turned up a little in the bathroom sink. The shower would not close my daughter had to hold it close so the water didn't get all over the place. Also needed more plates and silverware and cookware to fix food on the stovetop."

"You only get 1 room key nit 2 because the machine wasn’t working broken. Done people checked in and didn’t get any key card at all. Sad Upon arrival checked in to 2 rooms booked. Immediately had to get 1 room changed due to horrible smell from recent pipe burst and toilet running for over 20 mins. Kiara the nice employee changed the room no problem. Next room better but security bolt on door was missing. 2nd room key card was inactivated accidentally by me but I couldn’t get another card...

"I should have read reviews. We couldn’t get past the front door. It looks like this is truly a half way house. People are literally living here. Homeless and seedy looking people hanging outside the main entrance. We don’t even check in because it was truly gross."

"The property was beautiful! The room was updated and the bed was comfortable. The floors creaked at night when the people in the room above us came in late but that was the only issue. They only had a very light continental breakfast and no hot items but there was a good variety and some delightful Danish. We ate there one morning and chose to eat out the next morning for a full breakfast. Very nice and very friendly service!"
