"The only problem I found there was not well cleaned specifically the bathroom. They could have used Clorox to remove the stains in the toilets. The toilets were so dirty. Also I had the option to upgrade my room as a Gold member but they charged me for upgrading the room."

"Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. The air conditioning was not working properly, which made our stay uncomfortable. The rooms were also very small, especially considering the $800 USD price point. We also had an unfortunate experience at breakfast regarding the cash payment. The cash had expired two months earlier, and as we are from the US, we were unaware of this until after we had left the hotel. The staff member knew we were checking out, yet it appeared that he attempted to keep the cash rather than properly address the issue. He appeared to pocket the money instead of applying it toward the breakfast bill and was instead going to charge the amount to our room. This was very concerning and left us with a negative impression of the service. After reaching out to the hotel, they did apply a credit to my card along with an apology to correct the situation Overall, given the high price, we expected a much higher standard of comfort, service, and professionalism"

"The hotel is very good overall, but there are a few details that could be improved. Our room was very spacious and had a separate living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom, which was a great advantage. However, there were several marks on the walls, which made the room feel a little less well maintained than expected. The towels were excellent, though, and the hotel’s gym was also a highlight. It is very well equipped and open 24 hours, which is very convenient. The breakfast was good, but I think it could be better. There could be a wider selection of cheese, bread, and fresh fruit. One of the main negatives is the elevators. The building is quite large, but there are only two elevators, and they are frequently crowded. During peak hours, you often have to wait quite a while for an elevator. The location is definitely a strong point. The hotel is about a 5–10 minute walk from Earl’s Court Station, which makes getting around London very convenient, including traveling to and from the airport. It is also close to Earl’s Court Road, where you can find several restaurants and other options. Overall, I had a good stay and would consider staying here again, but improving the room maintenance, breakfast selection, and elevator situation would make the experience significantly better."
