"Taxis have to pickup and drop off on a side street around the hotel which is not convenient when you have luggage. Elevators are small and hard to get in and out of. Room was facing the street and noisy. Bathroom was small and you had to sit on the toilet sideways. All the amenities were 5 star."

"Very comfortable and the studio apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. The only comment is that there was just one pillow each and no spare ones. However, a request was made for extra pillows and these were very quickly provided. The hotel is very close to excellent public transport links taking about 45 minutes by bus into central Copenhagen and 10 minutes by bus to the coast and deer park. We recommend getting the Resjekort app loaded before you travel which is then easy to use on...

"This is my third time staying here, and I can't say enough good things about it. It is clean, quiet and walkable to most attractions. There is also a grocery store close by which covers most of our needs. The staff is prompt and very helpful. If I could give The Lakes more than five stars, I definitely would!"

"The room was amazing size. Kitchen had everything. Utensils were clean. Massive fridge. Dryer and washer was amazing. The only issue was they had a lot of aesthetic room deco. But prob wasn’t dusted for a while n the collection of dust on it triggered my hayfever n asthma badly . "
