"The rooms are somewhat clean. There were stains in the carpet and the pull out couch bed was falling apart. The beds were clean including the linens. The drawers of the furniture in the room are not. We found an orange peel from before in there as we first entered the doin. The bathroom was clean. The breakfast was fine. Simple but can’t complain. Overall a decent stay. It can get a bit loud as the planes take off right over the hotel. You can hear O’Hares take off right through the night if you...

"Very large and busy, quite different from other Hamptons I’ve stayed at. The building is older and needs some paint, etc. but overall appeared clean. The surrounding area and mall/dining are very nice. The one complaint I have is that the bed was incredibly uncomfortable - there was a dip that made it difficult not to roll out."

"By far my worst Holiday Inn experience. Cockroaches, leftover foods in the room, a dollop of that brown/oily/smelly food on the furniture in the room, no hot water in the morning, garbage in the halls, loud repairs in the next room, delapidated fixtures and furniture, and zero sympathy for the trouble. They want to extract the value from the land and Holiday Inn brand at your expense and horror. I called to complain multiple times, because no one was at the check out desk. No answer."
