"The whole experience with the place stood out. First, it’s conveniently located to places where we want to venture.Free parking also was the reason why we chose to stay here. It’s clean, spacious for the 5 of us. It feels homy, The rooms are big enough, beds are comfy, we used the kitchen to help us with our budget. The hotel staff are knowledgeable, courteous and just great people. The hotel is located centrally and walking distanceto everything you need. Including all tour buses that stop right around the hotel. It also has a rooftop sitting area to which you can enjoy the warmer weather with a great viewers of the city.We highly recommend this hotel."

"Good value, clean warm room in the heart of Reykjavík. Check in was painless and we managed to get an early check in. It is not fancy but it does meet your needs. The big positive for this property is location, very near all the main areas for restaurants and bars but tucked out the way to be quiet. I would come back here if we come to Reykjavík again. "

What disappointed me most was learning that the restaurant has been closed for years. This was not disclosed in advance.
