"No customer service. If you need anything you have to go down get it yourself that is if they have it. To get an Iron to use you need to pay cash deposit.
from the first day we arrived the bed sheets had some dirt on them I requested to change them they never did. basically you get a room but no good service no way this is a 4 star hotel."

"The room was clean and tidy. The beds were really comfy. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and the check in and out was incredibly easy! It was a good location next to a shopping centre with plenty of places to eat and a supermarket in there. Public transport was nearby making it easy to get around Prague. It was walkable too but took about 30 mins to walk to the touristy areas of Prague."

"Die Lage des Hotels war für uns nahezu perfekt. Man konnte in ca. 15 Minuten von der Autobahn zum Hotel fahren ohne dass man durch die ganze Stadt fahren musste. Direkt gegenüber ist eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Wir sind 3 Tage für umgerechnet ca. 15 € mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gefahren. Zur Burg läuft man ca. 20 Minuten, man kann aber auch 2 Stationen mit der Straßenbahn fahren. Parkplätze sind vorhanden und kosten 400 Kronen pro Tag. Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Frühstück war...
