The only thing I’d comment is the amount of bills and receipts that need to be signed even if you didn’t consume anything or your meal/drinks were included in the package. "I booked a hotel through Expedia and received a confirmation, only to arrive and be told the hotel never received my reservation from Expedia. As a result, they had no room for me. To make matters worse, this happened on a night when every other hotel in the area was fully booked (new years eve), leaving me without a place to stay. "This was our third trip to Casa Velas. We thought it couldn't get any better and then we saw the new breakfast menu and wine list. So glad to have some lighter options for breakfast, and the new wines are excellent. Of course it’s the staff that always makes us want to keep coming back. Notably, Camila, Gerardo, and Omar at breakfast; Enrique, Carlos, and Antonio at Tao; Avaldo and Ramon at the Aqua Bar; and Daniel, Gerardo, Rigo, Rosacio at dinner.
