"Lots of thoughts about Vidanta. The property itself is very beautiful. I’ll try to name the pros and cons. There are many pools, lots of chairs. Lots of places to be and activities to be done. It’s a really beautiful and well kept property. The room is spacious and clean. The housekeeping staff were always greeting me and they were very efficient and kind. Front desk staff were great too. "There were three of us and we reserved a room with two queen beds. The room was supposed to be ready at 3 o'clock. They didn't have a room for us until 3:30, and the room. They took us to had one king bed. So they took us to another room that had two full-size beds, and the air conditioner did not work. So we waited another 45 minutes for our third room which they told us was a premium room. It had a beautiful view as it was oceanfront, but it also had two full-size beds. Apparently they do not...

"Room service is pay per item...staff avoids you.....room service and balcony view was supposed to be included. They charged me 750$CDN to have food delivered to me for the 12 nights I stayed there (ontop of the all inclusive fee). Oceanview was barely a view as there were two buildings outside my small window that had ongoing construction. All I heard was drilling and hammering all day!!!! I have so many pictures from outside my window, and couches in lobby that had no cushions to still outside....
