"This hotel is very very bad"

"The views are incredible. The pool was an amazing amenity after a long day of touring around. The rooms and beds were very comfortable and clean. Eating options are limited in the area and we did not rent a car which wasn't ideal."

Location is perfect as the property is connected to the Interlaken West station; and the bus to Interlaken East station is two minutes walk; and so is the ferry terminal to Spiez and Thun. No AC."

Mold in shower, doors getting stuck = Room lacked basic amenities like conditioner, lotion = Reception staff seemed clueless, any question needed 3 people to answer. Desk closes down at 11 pm !!"

Unfortunately the room does not have air conditioning, this was especially tough since those days it was very hot in Interlarken. Also, the bathroom is quite small, estfor family."

"このホテルは若いころにインターラーケンに来た時に、「いつか絶対に泊まろう」と思っていたホテルで、今回インターラーケン訪問時には迷わず、このホテルに宿泊を決めました。 まず、部屋に入ってシャワーと浴びたら、水が流れず、浴槽の調節を触ったら、外れてしまいました。すぐにレセプションに電話をすると、「今日は技術者がいないので、部屋を交換する」との由。普通、まずは様子を見に来ないだろうか？もともと調子が悪いのを知っていたのではと疑ってしまいました。 移動した部屋は悪くはなかったのですが、建物自体が古いせいかどうも使い勝手が悪い気がします。トイレットペーパーは振り向かった位置にあり、洗面の周りにも置く場所がない。また、シャワーのドアも完全には閉まらない。まあ、なんとかはなりますが、5つ星ホテルとしては物足りないです。 レセプションの対応が事務的なのも気になりました。笑顔がなく、とても冷たい感じがしました。 朝食はとても満足でしたし、駅への近さもとても便利でした。"

"I would stay at the Gasthof Schoenegg B&B again in a heartbeat. For a true Swiss Chalet like experience this is it. The view from our corner room was something out of a dream. We slept with the windows open so we woke up to mountain views on each side every morning. The attention to detail for the breakfast is incredible.
