"Upon arriving the staff was very helpful and were even more considerate to change my mom and nieces room to a double with no issues. They were courteous and we had no trouble with staff. Even had a tasty breakfast. The only issues we had were in the room the air conditioner was leaking onto the carpet and the door didnt seem like it closed all the way. We had to tug it to close it fully. The carpet could be the reason the room smelled a bit and there were orange stains under the nightstand on...

"The outside looks great and I assume had a fairly recent renovation. Thats where the positives end. When looking for a hotel, I want 3 main things - easy access, a clean room/fresh linens, and ample towels. 1. The elevator was broken. Not a huge deal until the second elevator also started to act up. At first the remote/tv in the bedroom would not work. Eventually figured out it was unplugged. Total waste of time because then the streaming continued to buffer/didn't work so the tv was pointless....

"Everything was so nice about the hotel. The staff, the amenities, the cleanliness of the room. I really enjoyed the complementary breakfast, and the cook there was such a nice lady. I would recommend this hotel to anybody!"

"The staff was excellent. The only issue I had was there we're too many people hanging around outside. My daughter and I could smell what some of the tenants were smoking because it was very loud. Again, the staff was excellent and the room was comfortable. Due to the crowds that were outside and the activity that was taking place, I do not believe we will be staying again."
