"I thought Wyndham was a premier property. I learned differently. It was average. Housekeeping was nonexistent. Some towels were removed but not replaced. Trash was not emptied. Closet door was broken. Parking was good, but I chose the location in part due to availability of EV charging; Level 2 only, not expensive, but slooow. Solid C+"

"Not a 4star property. It is all rather tired. We expected our room to be made up each day - didn’t happen. Breakfast comprised of stale pastries, sausage patties and potatoes that were barely warm and had been standing for too long. The coffee was undrinkable it was all counter service and clear your own table Not 4 star standard by any stretch of the imagination. Bed was very soft so we did not sleep well and left after breakfast today feeling nauseous "

"Room was trashed, random glove & blanket on ground, bed unmade, shampoo, conditioner and soaps left in both the tub and sink, and window broken. Was given a second room due to its uncleanliness. Second room reeked of smoke and chemicals, toilet wouldn’t flush, sink wouldn’t drain. Then, a drugged individual was wondering aimlessly in the hotel lobby, hallways and back entrance. Was attempting to climb walls, was kicking things, throwing his body around, and the hotel staff did not kick him out. Come to find out, it was not a hotel guest, it was someone from the gas station next door. Back door does not require key card to enter although it says you do. We felt extremely unsafe, disgusted, and regretted even choosing to stay here. We did not stay the night, we did not stay ANY of our nights we booked & paid for there. There’s a chance I’m not even getting a full refund, which is insane. I will never stay here again, and I urge you to avoid it at all costs. The morning manager was the only helpful staff. We spent less then in hour in our room before leaving around midnight to find a different hotel."
