"Galeria River Hotel is located in a great area and has a unique charm due to its historic building. The property's character and location are definitely its strongest points, making it a convenient base for exploring the city.

"We don’t have a good experience with this property. We stayed two nights and never got towels. I requested since day one and they never answered me. Good location but bad service. Property in construction and dirty. Not recommended. "

"The staff were extremely helpful. When our luggage didn't arrive on our flight they made phone calls for us and collected it for us when it was driven to Ljubljana. They gave us a tip of a courtesy service to transport us out of the pedestrian part of the city with all our heavy luggage to get us much closer to the car hire place. Accomodation was nice and very clean. If you find it hard with stairs probably not the best for you as we were on fourth floor with no lift, it was ok for us."

"We had a lovely stay in this accommodation! The check-in was super fast and the receptionist was extremely friendly. Our room was very nice and clean. The accommodation is just a short walk (2 mins) from the lake. There was an option for breakfast however we had other plans. Next time we will definitely take this offer.
Parking there was very easy and free! (We parked at peak summer times and there were still free spots.)
We would definitely choose to go here again and recommend it to our...
