"Amazing location and stunning view right on the water on Murano.
This is a beautiful little guest house. It’s quirky and different. We loved it.
The only reason I took away 1 star was because the wifi didn’t work in our room. I did ask and they are working on fixing it.
There’s a water taxi stop right outside which was so handy.
I especially loved walking around Murano later at night when it’s quiet.
We will definitely be back."

"Very rude staff - front desk to wait staff. No smiles, no one was helpful. Found them to be snobbish. I even saw someone from the front desk use the bathroom and return to the desk without washing their hands.
Hotel is very overpriced and misleading. You need to book a spot by the pool (no avail, no swim), no courtesy room on check out day (you need to pay 10 euro pp for showers). Our hotel cleaning staff came into the room when we had the privacy sign. Not a 4 star experience."

"This was a lovely family hotel. The rooms were basic but clean and comfortable, we had twin beds as two ladies, the beds were small but we were able to get a good nights sleep. I asked for extra pillows and they were given to us immediately.
The breakfast was basic but lovely and enough to set you up for the day.
This hotel is on Murano away from the hustle and bustle of St Marco ( Old Venice). It is situated v ru near the public water bus station and within a short distance of the main one...

"Great place to stay—much better than I expected. The staff was incredibly attentive and always willing to help. Although the breakfast was the same every morning, it was consistently fresh and delicious, so I really enjoyed it.
I would definitely stay at Hotel Conterie again next year when I bring my family. I highly recommend this hotel for many reasons, but what impressed me the most was how exceptionally clean everything was. The service was outstanding, and it made my 5-day stay in Venice...
