"We stayed here from Oct 9-11, 2025. The place is so clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. We were planning to stay in Venice but we were glad that we stayed in Murano instead. The place is only a ferry/boat away from Venice. Our room was clean, also they offer breakfast. We would come back here again. "

"Great stay on the very peaceful island of Burano that is a short water bus ride from Venice. If you stay here, do yourself a favor and eat in the Osteria Restaurant and order the five course entree. It is a bit pricey but well worth it. They accommodated as vegetarians. They make their own wine from grapes grown on the property and the meal was complimented with 4 wine pairings that were very unique. We return there every year for a night or two"

"Nice lounge area by their bar, several restaurant options to eat at right outside. One of thr guys at the front desk, Promise, was very helpful in recommending places to go see depending on what we were interested in."

"Beautiful hotel in Giudecca, modern renovated in a calm place. Easily reach rest of Venice by vaporeto. "

"Only complaint was the bathroom was not on the same floor as the living and bedroom, it was up a short flight of stairs. Not real convienient ."

"Location was very convenient. It's right across the Mestre train station. Bus stop to/from the airport and Venice is also in front of the hotel. Not so beautiful ambient around the hotel (next to the station), however we didn't worried about it since the bus stop is less than 1min by foot. Our triple room was very spacious. The building itself was a bit aged, but the room was very cleaned. Receptionists were nice and friendly. The breakfast was pretty good and wide selections. "

"The hotel’s restaurant is fabulous! Hotel is conveniently located a short walk to the train station. Easy access into Venice Island. Fast train approximately a 15 minute ride. Regional train 22 minute ride. "
